CDL-A Local Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and oversee operations.

Supervise nursing staff and manage department budgets.

Report to management and ensure high standards of patient care.

Maintain confidentiality of medical records and communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and families.

Recruit, train, and support staff with ongoing education and policy updates.

Qualifications include a current RN license in Minnesota, 2+ years supervisory experience in healthcare, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
