NA Nurse Assistant / CNA Certified Nurse Assistant SPONSORSHIP

RN Opportunity in Critical Care at CNRVMC, Christiansburg, VA with a $15K sign-on bonus for experienced RNs.

Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care across all ages, demonstrating respect, dignity, and empathy.

Coordinate and provide individualized care, utilizing delegation and critical thinking within a collaborative team.

Perform age-specific assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and document treatments and medications accurately using electronic medical records (EPIC).

Requirements include an accredited nursing program graduation, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR, and other certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP).

Must complete orientation, competency assessments, and meet essential job functions.
