RN Hospice Administrator

We are hiring Mobile Wound Care Physicians (MDs/DOs) across California for in-person, field-based wound care services in SNFs, long-term care, and private homes.

Roles offer full-time or part-time schedules with flexibility, including on-call and weekend shifts, serving urban and rural areas statewide.

Compensation ranges from $245,000 to $525,000 annually, with options for W-2 employment (benefits, CME, mileage reimbursement) or 1099 contracting (per-visit pay, flexible schedule).

Core duties include wound assessment, procedures (debridement, NPWT), diagnosis, patient education, and documentation in HIPAA-compliant EHR.

Qualifications: MD/DO, active California license, board certification (surgery preferred), 3–6 years clinical experience, BLS, reliable transport. Wound care certification preferred.

Must have reliable transportation, be able to perform bedside procedures, and meet physical/travel requirements. Full practice authority and CME compliance are necessary.
