The Nurse, with similar clinical experience, practices independently, managing routine and complex care while planning long-term goals.
Provides patient-centered care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating based on nursing standards.
Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, administering medications and treatments per protocols.
Documents patient information accurately and educates patients and families on care and resources.
Meets competency expectations related to leadership and professional standards.
Requires a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and RN licensure in the state or via compact.
Work schedule is 7PM - 7AM on a full-time 12-week contract.
