LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers patient care tailored to the specific age group, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in line with unit standards.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current NM RN license or Compact license and BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire.

Maintains required certifications within 6 months if not obtained at hire.

Possesses current knowledge of patient care appropriate to the population served, with strong communication skills.

Reports to the Patient Care Director or Manager.

Works in a clean, well-lit environment, handling stressful situations with flexibility.

Requires physical ability for emergency response, extensive standing/walking, repositioning patients, and fine motor skills.
