Physical Therapist - Assessment Team - Flexible Schedule

Travel LPN/LVN LTC position in Waterloo, NY offering a

hourly rate of $42.00 ($15.50 taxable $26.50 non-taxable) and OT rate of $54.60.

Weekly gross pay is $1,680.00 ($620.00 taxable $1,060.00 stipend).

13-week assignment with full-time evening shifts, including day/evening or day/night rotations.

40 hours/week over 5 shifts.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years LPN experience, 1 year LTC experience, travel experience, NY license, and AHA BLS certification.
