CMA/LPN/RN - Urology

The Clinical Supervisor oversees shift operations and patient care in collaboration with nursing leadership, ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, guiding daily nursing services, and supporting interdisciplinary team efforts.

Demonstrates professionalism by modeling clinical and service excellence.

Requirements: RN license in New Mexico, BLS certification, with ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and CPI certifications preferred or obtained within specified timeframes.

Education: Nursing degree, BSN preferred; specialty certification advantageous.

Skills: Ability to care for diverse patient populations, handle emergencies, and work irregular hours.

Experience: 3 years preferred but not mandatory.

Physical demands include prolonged standing, patient transfer, and exposure to infectious hazards.
