The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing patient care within the scope of physical therapy practice.
Gathers relevant data from charts and care team, discusses with physicians as needed.
Independently assesses various patient types and recognizes additional needs during evaluation.
Interprets results, sets measurable goals, and reassesses patient progress regularly.
Identifies appropriate equipment, discusses options with patients and families, and ensures proper use.
Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, an active LPT license, and BLS certification.
This is a full-time position focused on providing quality physical therapy care.
