LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing staff and provide comprehensive resident care in a skilled nursing facility with 67 beds, CMS-certified since 1986.

Supervise and evaluate LVNs and CNAs, assign care based on resident needs and staff capabilities, and ensure adherence to policies.

Coordinate resident care during therapy or procedures, conduct performance evaluations, and address staff performance issues.

Investigate accidents, complaints, and emergencies, maintaining communication with the Director of Nursing.

Promote team morale, develop staff, and oversee weekend services.

Qualifications include an RN license in Tennessee, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, minimum 6 months of experience (preferably in skilled nursing), and active BLS/CPR certification.
