Seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient rehab in Oklahoma.

Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop and modify care plans, and ensure optimal outcomes.

Coordinate with clinical teams, supervise therapy assistants, and may act as a clinical instructor.

Perform population-specific care, adhere to safety standards, and document treatments accurately.

Responsibilities vary for rehab, mental health, home health, aquatics, hand therapy, and community re-entry services, including home visits and equipment handling.

Must hold Oklahoma OT license, BLS certification, and have effective communication skills.

Experience preferred; some roles require specialized certifications or vehicle operation.

Work involves physical demands, exposure to hazards, and possible on-call or weekend shifts.
