Provides direct and indirect patient care addressing psychosocial, physical, and communication needs under RN supervision.
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
Communicates patient status changes, diagnostic results, and treatment responses to physicians and team members.
Performs head-to-toe assessments, reassessments, and pain evaluations for diverse patient populations.
Administers medications accurately, following safety protocols, and educates patients and families on care and pain management.
Assists with procedures, demonstrates technical skills, and respects patient dignity, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Maintains required competencies, adheres to policies, and manages personal health responsibly.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, accredited LPN/LVN license in NM, BLS certification, and basic computer skills. Full-time position.
