Therapist / Substance Abuse Counselor

We are seeking a Hospice Dayshift Registered Nurse (RN) in Toledo, OH to perform admission visits, educate patients and families, and develop care plans for hospice clients.

Apply strong assessment skills to identify additional discipline needs.
