LVN, Licensed Vocational Nurse Clinic-Mineola Primary Rural Health

The Critical Illness Recovery Hospital is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide quality care to critically ill and post-ICU patients at $55/hour.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing treatment plans, educating patients/families, supervising staff and students, and participating in discharge planning.

Candidates should demonstrate patient-centered care, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Requirements: successful completion of educational and licensure requirements, current State licensure or eligibility, and BLS certification.

Preferred: supervisory experience and commitment to quality improvement.
