This nursing role requires an experienced RN practicing independently in similar clinical settings.
Provides routine and complex patient care, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Administers medications, monitors effects, and documents care accurately.
Educates patients and families, assessing learning needs and providing resources.
Participates in unit operations, staffing, and patient flow management.
Ensures safety, quality care, and compliance with regulations, incorporating evidence-based practices.
Maintains health information documentation, manages medical equipment, and processes orders.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN licensure, BLS, and 1 year of relevant experience.
Work schedule is variable; full-time position.
