Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, up to a $35,000 sign-on bonus, with average earnings ranging from $290,000 to $350,000+.

Clinically, dentists have full autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, and access to a digital, paperless office, with control over supplies.

Benefits include paid vacation, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, or Saturdays), continuing education, malpractice reimbursement, visa sponsorship, health and vision insurance, and dental coverage for associates and their families.

Requirements include a current or future dental license and DDS/DMD from an accredited US program.
