Nurse Practitioner

Provides supervised patient care, including vital signs, specimen collection, and assisting with examinations and procedures.

Performs lab procedures and administers medications/immunizations as ordered.

Supports patient flow, handles phone communication, schedules tests, and documents patient information.

Assists with medication refills and maintains exam rooms and equipment in accordance with policies.

Completes clerical tasks such as chart retrieval, filing, and form completion.

Participates in meetings and training as required.

Requires LVN license (state or compact), BLS certification, and meets competency standards.

Full-time position with responsibilities aligned to established standards.
