This PRN RN position in the Metro Float Pool involves providing patient care across various units, working 7p-7a, and floating as needed.
Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervising licensed and non-licensed staff.
Requires Oklahoma RN licensure or multistate license, 2+ years of RN experience, and current BLS certification, with additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) based on specialty.
Must operate personal vehicle, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a good driving record.
Additional specialty-specific competencies apply; orientation will include department-specific training.
This PRN role adheres to float pool guidelines and cannot have secondary employment.
