NICU RN- Per Diem

The Respiratory Therapist III provides comprehensive care across all age groups, performing assessments, administering therapies, and evaluating treatment effectiveness.

Responsibilities include managing ventilation, airway clearance, blood gas analysis, and emergency response.

Requires completion of an accredited Respiratory Care program, 3 years of experience, and licensure as an RCP with certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and NBRC CRT or RRT.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to handle high-stress situations and work collaboratively.

Qualifications for advancement include ongoing CEUs, peer support, community service, and leadership involvement.
