Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Primary Care Physician with nearly 30 years of experience providing advanced primary care.

Offers compassionate, personalized care in clinics, at home, or virtually to improve patient outcomes.

Provides Internal Medicine/Family Practice services, including patient interviews, examinations, treatment, education, and referrals.

Participates in quality improvement, manages patient concerns, and ensures confidentiality and accurate EMR documentation.

Cover night calls as needed; contributes to continuous education and patient care programs.

Requires MD or DO, current unrestricted AZ license, board eligibility/certification, DEA license, and completion of TB testing.

Position located in Tucson, AZ, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Salary range: $232,506 to $348,758.
