Seeking an experienced Dialysis RN to lead a new outpatient clinic in Shoreline as Clinic Manager.

Responsible for overseeing patient care, staffing, and resource management to ensure quality dialysis services.

Requires a nursing degree, WA RN license, CPR/BLS certification, at least 1 year of clinical nursing, and 6 months in hemodialysis.

Previous charge nurse experience is required. Position involves full-time hours, Monday-Friday, with emergency response duties and travel to other locations for training or coverage.

Offers a salary range of $83,396 - $125,093, plus benefits including paid time off, medical plans, retirement options, and professional development.
