Home Care RN Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our healthcare team in Plains, GA.

Responsibilities include ensuring residents' comfort and satisfaction with their care, maintaining accurate documentation, upholding professionalism, and completing tasks timely.

Requirements:

Valid Georgia or multi-state RN or LPN license in good standing

Ability to meet health and background check requirements

Prior long-term care experience preferred but not mandatory
