LPN Charge Nurse - Evening Shift

Seeking a competent RN with independent practice skills in a clinical setting.

Provides routine and complex patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, planning, interventions, and evaluations.

Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs; administers medications and treatments per protocols.

Documents patient information accurately and educates patients and families.

Utilizes critical thinking, effective communication, and evidence-based practices to ensure quality and safe care.

Manages patient flow, plans for admissions/discharges, and oversees unit operations.

Adheres to safety standards, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requires a BSN (preferred), RN licensure, BLS certification, and 1 year of relevant experience.

Full-time, variable schedule.
