Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Memory Care

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team dedicated to providing exceptional post-acute care.

Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, creating care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Assist in wellness programs, educate residents and families, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate medical records.

Require a valid RN license, at least 1 year of long-term care experience, strong communication skills, and a caring attitude.
