Certified Medication Tech

Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Jackson, TN.

Assess and develop personalized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.

Assist in staffing, schedule duty hours, and ensure adequate coverage for each shift.

Conduct daily rounds, oversee CNA performance, and address absenteeism or concerns.

Create a warm, positive environment and meet regularly with staff to improve services.

Report occupational exposures and manage grievances per policies.

Qualifications include an accredited RN degree, valid license (compact preferred), CPR, with previous sub-acute experience preferred. Benefits include PTO, insurance, 401(k), and more. We promote equal employment opportunity.
