Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the PCU 2 Mixed Acuity unit provides compassionate, patient-centered care for cardiac and med/surg patients during 7pm-7:30am shifts, totaling 72 hours per pay period.
Responsibilities include advocating for patients and families, utilizing evidence-based nursing practices, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.
The role emphasizes professionalism, autonomy, and adherence to regulatory standards, including the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and Nursing Code of Ethics.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid Ohio RN license, and current CPR certification.
No prior experience necessary; strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are essential.
