Physical Therapist (PRN)

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home care of Pediatric and/or Adult patients with flexible day/night shifts.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care per prescribed orders, monitoring physiologic and psychosocial changes, and documenting nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications: active RN license in the state, current TB or Chest X-Ray, BLS card, and preferred one year of experience.
