Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, assisting with adaptive equipment, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Work is on a PRN basis with day shifts, focusing on improving motor and reasoning skills and supporting safe, effective discharge planning.

Qualifications include at least two years of relevant experience (new graduates welcome), current state licensure, and BLS/CPR certification.
