As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll support adults facing mental health and co-occurring disorders through individual and group therapy, assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, leading therapy sessions, monitoring progress, coordinating discharge and aftercare, and maintaining documentation.
Requirements: Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.), 1+ year clinical experience, experience with co-occurring disorders, and CPR/First Aid certification.
