Manage caseload independently, coordinate visits, and supervise Home Health Aides and COTAs.

Complete documentation promptly, participate in team meetings, and support onboarding.

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy, current license, and 1-year home care experience preferred.

Physical demands include mobility, manual dexterity, and exposure to healthcare environment.
