The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing care for assigned patients, adhering to all practice standards.
Gathers data from charts and care team, discusses with physicians as needed.
Independently assesses various patient types, recognizing additional needs during evaluation.
Interprets results, sets measurable goals, and regularly re-evaluates patient progress.
Identifies equipment needs, discusses with patients and families to determine appropriate interventions.
Requires a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, a valid LPT license, and BLS certification.
This is a Per Diem As Needed position.
