General Dentist - Full Time

Job Summary:

Perform duties caring for residents per care plan and standards.

Answer signal lights and assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene.

Serve and collect food trays, feed residents needing help.

Transport residents using wheelchairs or assist with walking.

Re-position residents and record vital signs, intake/output, and weight.

Complete documentation accurately.

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in the state.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work well in a team.
