Emergency Medicine Physician

Seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor with a $10,000 sign-on bonus (external applicants only).

Leads and coordinates patient care teams to ensure high-quality, age-appropriate, cost-effective services that enhance patient satisfaction.

Provides direct supervision, mentors staff, participates in hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and conflict resolution.

Manages staffing, schedules, and operational priorities, ensuring adequate coverage and team productivity.

Focuses on customer satisfaction, implementing programs to improve service and monitor safety and quality.

Oversees department budget, identifies cost-saving initiatives, and promotes a respectful, collaborative work environment.

Requires RN licensure in Virginia, BLS certification, with 2+ years clinical and leadership experience; ACLS/PALS may be needed.

Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

Full-time, day shift position based in Gastroenterology.
