Occupational Therapist - Per Diem

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Nashville, TN, to provide one-on-one home care. This role offers opportunities to develop LPN skills while helping patients live their best lives.

Perform nursing procedures within LPN scope and provide patient and family education.

Monitor vital signs, record intake/output, and observe patient conditions.

Administer medications as ordered and report significant changes.

Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.

Qualifications include an active LPN license, CPR certification, and previous healthcare experience preferred. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential.
