Licensed Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.

Perform resident reviews at admission and monitor ongoing health status, documenting all findings in the electronic record.

Update care plans for changes in resident condition and communicate updates to staff.

Administer and document medications, treatments, and procedures per physician instructions.

Respond to resident and family concerns, documenting actions taken.

Conduct routine rounds to ensure residents' safety, comfort, and proper care.

Assist with activities of daily living and supervise direct care staff.

Job requirements include current LPN licensure, CPR certification, strong communication skills, ability to prioritize, an interest in geriatrics, leadership qualities, and basic computer skills.
