The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care using evidence-based practices, technology, and team coordination.
Responsibilities include addressing physical and psychological needs, developing treatment plans, communicating compassionately, and supervising LPNs/CNAs.
Qualifications: RN license, BLS/ACLS certification (for Cath Lab), graduation from an accredited nursing program, and within 4 years (or 15 years experience) to obtain a BSN.
Physical and communication skills required for patient assessment, equipment handling, and emergency response.
Work at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO, with a schedule of 36 hours/week; pay ranges from $36.35 to $54.53/hour.
