You will assume primary responsibility for nursing coordination and delivering individualized care for patients of all ages.

Perform age-specific admissions and ongoing assessments to develop, implement, and revise personalized care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare team members and families to evaluate and adjust interdisciplinary plans of care.
Accurately administer and document treatments and medications using electronic medical records.
Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure in Virginia or eligibility, and required certifications such as CPR, ACLS, PALS, NRP.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC), completing orientation, and meeting essential job functions are also necessary.
