We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining excellent communication with clients and vendors, and ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Interacting daily with clients and suppliers via phone or in person
Processing client orders received through email, phone, or online platforms
Creating purchase orders and communicating with vendors
Preparing and sending quotes/estimates and following up with clients
Ensuring timely processing and completion of all orders
Addressing and resolving any issues that arise with orders
Answering incoming phone calls
Composing and responding to emails throughout the day
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Self-starter who works well under pressure and meets deadlines
Comfortable working in a close-knit, family business environment
Quick learner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of experience in an office setting
Familiarity with Photoshop and QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
