Summary:
The qualified Nurse practices independently within a similar clinical setting, managing routine and complex patient care while planning long-term goals.
Provides appropriate assignments and delegates tasks to care team members to effectively handle clinical situations.
Demonstrates competencies in self-leadership, team leadership, and leadership of leaders.
Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to deliver patient care.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education and resources to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitors for side effects, and documents all care activities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, BLS certification, and RN licensure in the applicable state.
Works a 12-hour night shift from 6PM to 6AM, full-time employment.
