Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or LVN)

Seeking a BCBA in Newington, CT, offering up to $6,000 annual incentive, with competitive pay and flexible schedule (Mon-Fri, no weekends/lates).

Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 4-6 clients.

Review session data, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly.

Provide supervision through observations, team meetings, and family consultations.

Support from a Clinical Manager with administrative and caseload assistance.
