Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 4-6 clients.
Review session data, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly.
Provide supervision through observations, team meetings, and family consultations.
Support from a Clinical Manager with administrative and caseload assistance.
