General Dentist

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to lead skin & wound care teams in Salem, OR.

Lead multidisciplinary wound care teams, conduct weekly travel for wound rounds and house calls, and deliver top-quality patient care.

Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, pressure relief, minor procedures, and track healing progress in EMR.

Collaborate virtually with medical specialists across dermatology, surgery, and other fields.

Require reliable transportation, active licensure, DEA, and strong interpersonal skills. Wound care experience is preferred but training is provided.

Work Mon-Fri, 6am-3pm, with no nights or weekends. Compensation ranges from $125K-$165K plus benefits including health insurance, PTO, CME, and more. Join a supportive culture focused on professional growth and patient outcomes.
