• Competent nurse with independent practice in similar clinical settings, capable of providing routine and complex care with long-term planning.
• Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and manages contingencies effectively.
• Delegates and assigns tasks appropriately to care providers to optimize clinical management.
• Meets core competencies: self-leadership, leadership of others, or leaders of leaders.
• Provides nursing care following the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administers medications/treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care.
• Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, or caregivers.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred), RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification.
• Completes onboarding, competency validation, and annual requirements.
• Work schedule is 7PM-7AM; full-time position.
