LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, PRN

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Murfreesboro, TN, to join our home health team. This role offers Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm and weekends 12pm-5pm hours, providing personalized in-home care to patients.

Perform nursing procedures within LPN scope and provide patient/family education.

Monitor vital signs, record observations, and report changes promptly.

Administer medications as directed by physicians and RNs.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications include an active LPN license, CPR certification, and preferably previous home health or hospital experience. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential.
