Location: Outpatient Treatment Program in Milford, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, 5:30am-2:00pm, every other Saturday, no Sundays, no mandating
Pay: $33/hr (LPN), $36/hr (RN) + weekend shift differential

The Outpatient Nurse's responsibilities:
Administer medications as per policy
Control, document onsite medication
Educate clients on medication use, side effects, and purpose
Verify and transcribe physician medication orders
Assist with admissions and document diagnoses
Qualifications:
Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR certification or obtain within 90 days
Use independent judgment to resolve problems and emergencies
Experience in substance abuse/mental health or acute care preferred
