Therapist - Crisis Care Center (Triage)

Seeking an experienced CTRS to join our Inpatient Team in Bunkie, working full-time Monday to Friday.

Support and implement the organization's mission, vision, and core values.

Plan, facilitate, and evaluate therapeutic recreation programs addressing patients' social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual needs.

Conduct daily recreational therapy groups and collaborate with social workers on psychosocial assessments within 72 hours.

Document interventions thoroughly and participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams.

Create personalized treatment plans, maintain activity supplies, and assist in discharge planning.

Supervise interns and technicians, develop monthly activity calendars, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include a BS in Therapeutic Recreation or related field, CRTS certification, and minimum one year of experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
