Description:
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit.
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care following professional standards and organizational policies.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and revise patient care and discharge plans based on assessments and patient needs.
Provide direct patient care, delegate tasks appropriately, and communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care.
Evaluate patient responses, adjust care plans, and document all interventions accurately and timely.
Participate in quality improvement, mentorship, and professional development activities to enhance patient outcomes.
Requires a valid RN license, BLS certification, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Physical agility and excellent communication skills are essential.
