Requires licensure: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, CADC, LCSW, LMFT, AADC, or ACADC.
Provides supervision to counseling staff and assists in developing treatment programs.
Performs clinical duties such as individual, group, family therapy, crisis intervention, and relapse prevention.
Handles case management as needed and participates in outreach, marketing, and quality assurance.
Develops learning plans for staff and reviews client admissions.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, electronic medical records, and computer skills.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience (2 in direct treatment) or CADC with similar experience; self-identified recovery persons need 5 years sobriety.
Must pass background check, UA, TB test, and obtain CPR certification within 90 days.
Physical and emotional health required.
Pay ranges from $32.00 to $43.11/hr with benefits including 401(k), matching, employee assistance, and flexible schedule.
