Responsible for assessing patients, developing and updating nursing care plans, and providing safe, quality care across diverse age groups.
Supervises and guides LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff; may serve as charge nurse.
Implements interdisciplinary care plans, prioritizes patient needs, and evaluates responses to interventions.
Delivers patient education, explains procedures, and acts as a role model and preceptor for new staff and students.
Ensures accurate documentation, maintains confidentiality, and promotes effective team communication.
Requires BSN preferred, RN license, BLS, ACLS, with 6 months to 1 year of RN experience.
Completion of orientation, competency validation, and certifications within specified time frames.
Work schedule is TBD; full-time position.
