PHYSICAL THERAPIST

We are seeking a Registered Nurse independent contractor to provide comprehensive patient assessments, education, and assistance with ADLs.

Responsibilities include administering nursing care, executing care plans, monitoring patient symptoms, administering medications, and communicating with case managers and specialists.

The nurse will educate patients on health maintenance, maintain accurate logs, and offer emotional support to patients and families.

Must prepare clinical notes on patient progress.

Qualifications include a current state nursing license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, CPR certification, malpractice insurance, and passing a background check.

Familiarity with medical software, strong rapport-building, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Pay varies based on license and experience.
