We are seeking a dedicated Hospice RN Clinical Supervisor to support patient care and oversee clinical staff.

Responsibilities include reviewing referrals, developing care plans, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, conducting record reviews, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: Current RN licensure (BSN preferred), 2+ years supervisory experience, strong clinical judgment, and knowledge of hospice principles.
