Seeking a per diem Therapist to provide high-quality rehab services across various settings, supporting the organization's mission and vision.

Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, responds to physician referrals, assesses patient needs, and delivers discipline-specific interventions to enhance safety and independence.

Offers feedback to guide patient progression and maintains professional competence through ongoing education and mentorship.

Ensures timely, efficient services while adhering to licensure, documentation, and billing standards.

Supports organizational initiatives and stays current with communication.

Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, a valid PT license, and BLS certification.

Must demonstrate computer skills, age-specific competencies, and proficiency in therapy interventions based on experience.
